We currently have rack rate ressies at WL in October, but have decided that if AP rates don't come out for when we're going we'll push the trip out till November. I'd like to get MNSSHP tickets now... but if we change dates can they be sold? (Legally, of course!!)
As far as I know, it is only illegal to sell partially used tickets. However, if I recall correctly, the back of the ticket does have wording about the tickets being non-transferrable.
If MNSSHP tickets are like the MVMCP tickets (and I'm pretty sure that they are), no names are on the tickets. Since they are only good for the date printed, they would probably be easier to sell (safer to buy) than partially used hopper tickets.
FWIW, my advice is to just wait to buy the MNSSHP tickets and thus avoid the hassle of possibly having to sell them later. Keep an eye on the boards and postpone your decision to buy tickets until you start to see posts about dates selling out. I believe 10/31 wil sell out first. I think it is a very good bet that you will find out about AP rates before you have to buy MNSSHP tickets. JMHO. YMMV.
