Once purchased are tickets to the party refundable? If so what is the refund policy?

They are nonrefundable. That being said, I had to cancel a trip last year that I had bought party tickets for, and I sweetly asked the Disney people if I could at least exchange my party tickets for a gift card, maybe? I was lucky & had a nice CM who just refunded the money to my account. But that was pixie dust, not policy, so don't count on it.

Technically, all tickets are non-refundable.

(But, there can be certain "special circumstances.")

Tickets are nonrefundable. However, they will sometimes refund you if the party is rained out and you ask, but this is not always the case.

I was able to change the date of my party ticket one time -- but I had to insist. So that doesn't seem to be policy, either, but it can be done.

They refunded one of our tickets last year...special circumstance.

My party did occur but we cancelled our trip with the hurricane and they refunded my money for the party

We stay CL and IPO refunded a set of party tickets for us once. But they are technically nonrefundable.

It never hurts to ask. One year I really should have asked as we were having major issues due to autism with our daughter. Looking back I most likely was too stressed to even think of asking for a refund.

I've been able to cancel a few before. Just depends on the phone cast member. If one says no hang up and try again.

That said, you should also try hard not to need to get a refund.
