are microwaves available at AKL?

We'll be staying at the AKL this June for the first time, and I wasn't sure if they offered or allowed microwaves in the rooms. Does anyone know? Is the food court area similar to the moderate resorts? Thanks for your help!

There are three restaurants at AKL. Jiko is an upscale, sit down, order from the menu type. Boma is a buffet - very good choices here. And Mara is the food court type - not as big as the moderates since there are two other restaurants. Very similar to the one at WL if you have seen that one. You walk through the line, picking things off the shelf or ordering them, then pay. There is a microwave that you can use at Mara.

We had to talk directly to the resort we stayed at last year to verity they did have microwaves--CRO doesnt seem to to much about them. We stayed YC and they did have them and provided us one free of charge. If I were you I would just call the resort and speak with them directly to see if they have them, other wise your probably going to get several different answers from CRO.
It was a big help having it in our room.
