I thought that you cannot get the videos from the rides unless you have one?

I think Disney knows exactly where you are and what you are doing. The first week of September, DD was attacked by a wasp/hornet of some type while sitting in our clam shell on little mermaid ride. She required medical attention after we got off the ride because at first we weren't sure if she was but by a spider or stung by a bee. (They actually closed the ride for a few minutes to look for a nest and more bees). Anyway, luckily DD was ok and more scared than truely hurt and she had no allergic rxn. Around 11:00 we went to an empty cosmic rays for lunch (ps- why wasn't ray working)? And literally we were one of three families in the sunken area. A Disney suit type of person came walking in the door, directly to our table and carefully asked if we were having a magical day and if we were enjoying ourselves. After we insured her we were fine other than a wasp:hornet sting and a little scare in the am- she left as quickly as she came speaking to no one else. I thought it was odd they tracked us down to check on us- but that type of concern is also part of what brings me to Disney every year.

You need a Magic Band to get a video from the 7D Mine Ride. That's all.
