Are lockers still available in the parks??

Someone told me that lockers are no longer available outside the parks!! They told me that Disney does not want to have any place people can leave things. Sort of like the airports are now doing so no one can leave suspicious packages in lockers. Is this TRUE??? I was thinking of putting some dry, warm clothing in a locker for late at night so we could change. If it is false how much is a locker??? Anyone ever use one? Thank in advance for the info.

If I recall, they are $5, with a $2 deposit refund, $3 net cost.
