Noticed a bunch of Castaway Cay double-dips for June of 2018 and was wondering if this happens each year. Should we expect the same for 2019? And, guessing the prices are crazy?
They've done them the past 2 years (17&18). I don't remember them before that, but didn't really pay attention. Pricing they are expensive, but not nearly as much as the East/West Caribbean. Of course, they are only 5 days but I think it is a good tradeoff in price to sail DCL. We did one this past year and booked for next year. It really is a relaxing itinerary.
I think they are pretty common on the Dream. I know they had 5 night double dips in summer 2011 & 2012. Prior to that, the Wonder did some 4 night double dips.

We are going on a double-dip cruise on the Dream next June. The price was more than you'd pay for a 5 night cruise with other cruise lines (but what else is new since it's DCL), but less than what 7 night cruises cost with DCL.

We just did a Dream cruise a last week and spent about 3k ($250 per person, per night). So, maybe, around 4k-ish. Still crazy high, especially when looking at other cruise lines, but like most folks say, it's Disney.
