I've heard that the bunk beds at the WL and AKL are on the smaller side and do not accomidate adults well. Is that the same case for the bunk beds in the Cabins at Fort Wilderness?

I don't know for sure, but I'd bet they are all about the same size. When we stayed at the WL, the bunks seems like standard twins, which is small for a grown adult, I guess, especially if you're used to a queen or king bed.

I stayed in a cabin with a friend and I slep in the Bunk bed and I had no problem and I am not a small person. Just watch your head if you sleep in the bottom one.

They looked really little to me. They also a kinds enclosed. They were great for luggage storage, though.
