Are FPs for Soarin' available yet?

We will be at Epcot the Sunday before Soarin' officially opens and was wondering if the Fast Pass machines will be operational then (are they operational now)? I am hoping to get FPs when I first enter and then do some other attractions before seeing Soarin'.

Also, is the Living with the Land boat ride open now? I didn't see that listed under the rehabs with the Garden Grill so wasn't sure if you could get into the interior of The Land yet.

The Land is not open yet. Soarin will officially open May 5. There will be fast passes that you can get when it isn't in soft opening.

Right now you enter through the CM backstage entrance so there is no way to get a fast pass.
