Are F&W Booths open during Epcot's Extended Evening Hours?

I'll be there for a conference so I only will be able to go to the parks at night, which makes a single-day park pass not really worth it. However, Epcot has Extended Evening Hours on one of my nights (I can change my stay to a Disney resort to make that happen). IDK if its worth it b/v there are not a ton of rides open, but if the F&W booths were still open, I would consider it.

Does anyone know if they are open during EEH?

I've only heard of a few dining options period being open, such as Mexico counter service.

You would need to make that a Deluxe Disney resort.

If you can get there a bit before regular closing you could eat first then ride rides during the extra hours.

From everything I've read, the answer is NO.
I'll find out for sure next week.
