Are DVC Dues plus Tax

I was expecting my OKW DVC dues to be $4.24 which would make my 260 points $1,102.40. I've just checked my account on-line and according to them I owe $1,138.68 which would make the points $4.38 each.

Any ideas

Jakki I don't know the answer to this. My best guess would be, is it something to do with the property tax which is estimated each year (I think) and then adjusted the following year when the actual tax is known??

Don't take this as gospel though. I just have a feeling about this. Hopefully someone else can confirm??

I have just looked at the detailed online statement and the difference is down to the estimated tax from last year - we didn't pay enough! It does throw out the calculations somewhat but I think we have benefitted in the past sometimes when they have over rather than underestimated.

Oh well - it's our first full year as members so we didn't get the benefit of previous years.

mine will be £1,947.47 which I belive is due on the credit card on 15th Jan. Keeping an eye on the dollar rate. As this is a sunday will the amount be taken out on the Friday 13th or Monday 16th?

I paid mine on-line yesterday. We opened a $$$ account with Wachovia and I already had the money transferred to the account when the rate was good

Spoke to Disney yesterday as our fees are up about $100 this year and they said they have had to increase the insurance because of hurricane problems.
They said we should have received notification of this but personally I did not and they are sending a copy.

We pay annually on our credit card and wish we could get the Disney Visa and then get some of the bonuses they give i.e. credit on cruises etc.
