Are Disney Store Pins Tradeable with WDW Pins?

I'm brand new to pin trading and was wondering if I buy some pins at the Disney Store whether they are tradeable with the pins that CMs wear at WDW?

CMs will trade any Disney pin for another Disney pin (one for one). I'm no expert on this, but I read this on the Disney board.
