Are Disney Burgers 100% Beef?

One person in our party can not digest soy (a common burger filler). Does anyone know if Disney burgers are 100% beef, and if so is there a source for the information to provide to this person?

Far as I have heard, they are 100% USDA grade beef! If you have any questions, you may call the restaurants and speak to the chef so you can make absolutely sure!
