Are CS Locations Same on New QS Plan as DDP

I noticed on the new QS Plan that some of the CS locations in Epcot listed on the regular DDP are not on the new QS Plan. Are there differences in the CS locations you can use under the two plans?

The list of QS/DDP/DxDDP locations for 2009 is not finalized as of yet, so it probably is different than the confirmed DDP/DxDDP restaurants for 2008. Most years the places that are independently owned sign off that they will be part of the Dining Plans sometime in November or December.

In the past most of the 'usual suspects' do renew for the Dining Plans. Hopefully that is the case this year.
