I have ADRs for lunch and dinner but our dinner time may run into Illuminations and I don't want to miss it.

My problem is that my DH has a very healthy appetite and I am worried that the lunch portions will be smaller than dinner....is this the case?

TIA!!

Look at the menus for lunch and dinner.

If the same item is more at dinner, odds are its a bigger portion.

Yes, the Coral Reef lunch portions are smaller than the dinner. And yes, the dinner portions are small, even for folks who are not big eaters. We enjoyed eating there once for lunch and once for dinner, but we haven't been back because of the portion size (especially the vegetarian entree) and the luke-warm service.

I found exactly the same to be true for Restaurant Marrakesh and Nine Dragons in Epcot. Le Chefs de France has almost the same portion size for both meals, but the service ranges from amazingly attentive to horribly snotty. Our best experiences dining in Epcot have been at Tokyo Dining and Tangierine Cafe (the latter being counter service, but really good food).
