They are indeed on the lawn next to HBD, I was there a few weeks ago and they were so cute with their picnic basket.
I think there is also a meet and greet at MK back by the Circus in new FL. It's not scheduled and you have to line up for it but I've seen it on vlogs.

Aside from GG the only place you can meet/hug C&D right now is to the side of big top gifts at storybook circus at MK (times should be on app though fwiw make sure you arrive 15 mins+ before a scheduled set to ensure making it in to meet)

They also appear in the celebration cavalcade, festival of fantasy, flotillas at DAK, and on the lawn in front of brown derby at DHS at a distance

I would not be surprised however if in the coming weeks they appear somewhere in their Rescue Ranger outfits to promote the new movie

We just met them today at the MK. They meet in the back of storybook circus where they used to have indoor meet and greets. We happened to see them walking by and followed them to get a picture at their meet and greet spot.
