are characters still meeting in the EMH?

As characters are back in hotels during the morning are characters still meeting in extra magic hours between 8am-10am in the parks?

I was in Disneyland Hotel last week 24, 25 February. I didnt see any characters during breakfast, but maybe I was there too early. I was in the park around 8.10am both mornings and I saw lots of characters.

Chip and Dale in the central Plaza
Mickey and Minnie at one arcade
Goofy at the other arcade

Also around 10am Peter Pan and Wendy , Captain Hook and Smee and Jafar from Aladdin were in Adventure land

One more question. Now that Peter Pan is shut is there another ride that is open for the first two hours for EMH?

The lines for Autopia were insane all day , both days so at 9.45am on my second morning I went over and joined the queue. I was in the first rotation and by the time I came out, the wait time was already 40 minutes!
