I would love to hear if anyone is. The app tells me I have 5 Magic bands to manage and that I have only 5 days left to customize them. When I click to customize my ipad tells me the data supply has been interrupted. I am thinking this is because I am from canada and it's trying to access the US site? Maybe not?
Does anyone know if I can still use the regular fastpass as well?
I only have one day left to customize and mine still says same error message. Too bad.
I have been following the other fastpass+ threads and this is what I have heard....
Some people have reported that you will be allowed to use regular fastpass after you have used up your fastpass+ for the day.
Some people have said you have to choose one or the other, but if you choose to do forego fastpass+ on a particular day (as long as you don't have any fastpass+ booked for that day) you can use regular fastpass.
I don't know how true either scenarios are at the moment.
I do know that there is a fastpass+ tester today (for the July test) who has posted that he is able to use both fastpass+ and regular fastpass in one day. However, the August test has such a huge amount of testers, it's hard to believe that will be the case next month.
After I read this thread this morning I logged back on with Tumblebear and VOILA! I was in to the FP+ system. I was over the moon, I tells ya. It did take a fair amount of time to do 6 days of FP+, maybe an hour and a half to two hours. I don't know if it was because I used the proxy or not - I'd tried it both ways a million times before today and had no luck. Maybe it's the number of times I tried...Anyway the flip side is I will probably change a bit of my dining but I am now guaranteed 2 rides on Soarin! Last year we didn't get on the whole week b/c we didn't want to wait hours.
Does anyone know if I can still use the regular fastpass as well?

For you fellow Canadians who have been invited to test in August...
Can you please check with Disney IT to see when the MDE site will be up and running for us? I think it's strange that they are inviting Canadians to test when it seems most can't access the site to take part (other than with the iphone app.)
I just received an e-mail from Disney Destination stating that I could pick up my Magic Band order at my resort when I check. That is all it said. It didn't say anything about the test.

I check into Pop the same day as you. It seems that Americans are getting the bands shipped to their homes, while Canadians are getting the bands shipped to their resorts.
I expect you'll get an email on Aug. 1st to invite you to test. Keep us posted.
I'm still too afraid to take the plunge so I haven't yet ordered my bands or picked fastpasses, but I'm warming up to the idea.
I talked to Magic band IT on phone and looked on MDE APP and my magic bands are on the app and I can activate them at anytime . Yes I am part of the test.
Disney only ships the magic bands in the US because of issues with customs, so if you live outside the US your magic bands are shipped to the Resort.
It appears that I can make my fastpass+ selections on the MDE app on my phone, although I haven't actually clicked on an attractions and confirmed anything yet, but it is showing that I "could" make selections for the week we are there in August (Aug 18-25). I'm confused though, I've not yet received an email or anything telling me that I can test out magicbands.... does this mean I can?
In the app menu there is magic bands and cards go there and see if you have magic bands to manage.
