Are cameras allowed?

I took pictures in WDW when I saw it. I don't see why not. They may have a rule about flash photography as they do have live performers.

I took pictures, but they didn't turn out great and I have a DSLR Camera...so maybe just depends~

I am at work and can't post them but they turned out great. I am camera illiterate but I can tell you it was pretty dark in there.

Picture taking is definitely allowed. I think there was a rule about no-flash photography, but you can certainly take photos. Here are a few pics from just last month.

Taken with a Canon Digital Rebel XTi at 1600 ISO. The high ISO is helpful for low-light and theater lighting. :)
