Are BCV hard to find resale? (m)

I looked on 3 timeshare places and I see plentity of VWL, OKW & BWV but no BCV. Why is that? I think, that resort might be the best bet for us?

BCVs are hard to find because they haven't even been open for 18 months yet. Keep looking though, because they do become available. They just tend to get snatched up quickly. You may want to subscribe to some of the resellers e-mail listings so that you're notified when something becomes available. Offers are often made before units make it to the websites.

Ditto. Just because you don't see them doesn't mean they don't happen. You need to let one or more resale agencies know you are looking for a BCV resale and get on their waiting list (not just on a mailing list).

You may need a little patience, but as time goes on BCV resales will increase in number. But if you are not yet a DVC member and you just don't get any action at all on BCV, consider a resale at BWV. The location is essentially the same and so are the units.
