Are any Food & Wine Festival foods gluten free?

We want to sample many of these delish foods around the F&W Festival but I have a gluten allergy. Does anyone know if they are gluten free? I'm hoping so!

All Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Chefs and Restaurant Guest Service Managers will be able to assist you in selecting gluten-free dishes. You can stop at any of the Marketplace Kiosks in World Showcase and ask a Host or Hostess to summon them for you.

1) They can make suggestions of prepared food.
2) But, do not count on them making something special, like at lunch/dinner.

If you send off an email and receive a response could you post it here. I have several friends attending the food and wine festival with me and one is on a gluten free diet. It would be nice to know ahead of time which foods she can eat. Non of the rest of us have food concerns so it would be nice to be able to accomadate her needs. Thanks Susan

I don't know if you sent your email, but I should have mentioned that you could have requested to forward your question to Marianne Hunnel. She's the executive chef in charge of running the festival this year. That might help expedite your response faster.

Sure, no problem! I sent an email today but haven't heard back yet. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that at least one dessert is gluten free!
