Are all rooms really booked?

My partner and I are planning to take a vacation to WDW sometime in 2006, and we would like to stay at CSR. Using the official Disney website I have put in numerous dates for the reservation system, and not once has it told me there are any available rooms! Is there any "off-season" at WDW where we might have a better chance? Our travel dates are completely flexible (though we prefer not to go in the summer heat) but I just can't figure out when CSR has openings - I don't see a way to specify "dates flexible" and I can't search every week of the year!

The website is not great and probably just isn't updated. I would just call it's easier.

I don't think that WDW has 2006 dates and rates loaded into their system yet. I believe that I have seen other posts which indicate that Disney will start booking for 2006 in July.

I agree with Carol! You can also call a Disney specialist travel agent and let the TA handle it for you....

Thank you so much crazy4wdw! That makes perfect sense. We actually prefer to book our own travel online rather than working through a TA, so I was hoping to get an answer like that.

I tried doing the same thing last night...tried different dates, different resorts, and it said no availability on all of them. So, I tried calling, and had not problems!

It has been and and down all morning. I too am trying to price. I am sure it isn't sold out!!

You might call Magical Journeys, or go to their web site: yourmagicaljourneys.com. They're travel agents who specialize in Disney vacations. You can quote a vacation through them, book it, then have any specials/discounts that come along later applied to your reservation. Let them deal with WDW's lame website for you!
