Are all rooms created equal?

We typically stay at the value resorts with the 2 double beds and end up getting a roll-away bed for our difficult sleeper. The rooms at all the value resorts are the same size and with the roll-away bed it's cramped but do-able.

This time were staying at POFQ and I understand they now have 2 queen sized beds. We're still going to need a roll-away so my question is, will it fit???

will be tight. we get two value rooms connecting so we have the extra room. is not much more than a moderate:goodvibes

So are value resort rooms the same size as moderate resort rooms?

No the are bigger. I'm not sure of the exact square foootage but I'm sure someone will chime in. If you are worried about it CBR has the largest of the moderate size rooms but only have full beds still.

You should be fine. We stayed at POFQ last year and had a crib in there. Although the crib would probably be smaller than the rollaway, we still had more than enough room. Additionally, if you don't plan on spending too much time in the room, it is not going to be an issue. Enjoy the POFQ!

Disney Value 260 square feet

Caribbean Beach 300 square feet
Port Orleans Riverside 314 square feet

I think the other two are the same as Riverside. :) Although now I see Kelly's saying that CBR has the largest rooms, so maybe the site that said 300 for CBR was wrong and it's the other way 'round. :upsidedow But the moderate rooms are a bit larger, anyhow.

We stayed at CBR in 2009 and had plenty of room with the pack and play they give you. In fact, we put it in the vanity area of the bathroom (KWIM) and closed the curtain to give my daughter (light sleeper) a little more privacy. I know a rollaway is a bit bigger but I definitely think it could fit there. You wouldn't be able to close the curtain though. At the very least, you could easily store it in that area when not in use.

POFQ recently upgraded to Queen size beds so the room has a little less free space.

On the POFQ thread, a couple of recent posters have said that due to the refurb, rollaways are no longer allowed.

Yes, they are flip flopped. CBR has 314 sq feet.:cutie:

WE found with the queen beds in the moderate rooms, there really is not any more room than the value resorts. That being said, we are huge CSR fans and will still stay there over a value unless it needs to be a major trip.
