Are all non-character buffets $60 for adults?

I'm reading the Disney site and it's just giving a range of prices and the high is $59.99.

For Boma and Biergarten, I'm assuming the two of us (adults) will be paying $60 each? Does that include a non-alcoholic beverage?

Josh's list from October is a bit more up to date. Now, they may be a bit higher than that, but not too much worse. As you can see, non character meals like Boma and Biergarten are in fact less than character buffets.
