Does anyone have a guesstimate of what David and Vicki charge for wedding day photos? Looking for the cheapest package possible.

I'm getting 6 hours of coverage with two photogs and my dessert party for $1105.

If you email them, they will send over a PDF of their prices.

Thank you! Is your dessert party at the GF? I thought that I had read they are not allowed into the Theme Parks :confused3

Shoot Vicki an email! They will give you all their info, no pressure, cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!

Outside vendors (photo/video) are allowed in the theme parks now! Disney changed that rule back in April-ish I want to say. You'll need to have Disney supply an escort/guide for each outside vendor, so that will add an extra charge, but I definitely recommend the Arndts!

Their prices are very reasonable! They are now offering a 15% discount to Disney Brides if you book with them before the end of this year!

I think its in your best interest to contact them and get a quote based on your dates and activities.

I've contact via email Vicki Arndt photography and Randy Chapman photography last week with no reply by either. Are they slow to reply? I gave them my date so I'm worried there both booked. Any other suggestions for photographers?

ps- I'm 46 and this is my 1st marriage....so excited and just want to capture all the joy & magic!!!
Thanks Teresa

Ive been putting together a contract with the Arndts over the past 2 weeks, and I think they are slow to reply as they were away to south Florida for her dads birthday. They seem super nice and I am very happy with the pricing- especially the 15% Disney Bride discount!

Definitely shoot Vicki an email- she'll send you a PDF with prices. They are very reasonable and phenomenal photographers. They did our wedding in 2010, Trash the dress in 2011, and our family portrait session with our new little one this year. I can't recommend them enough. They are amazing.

My first request didn't make it to Vicki. My second did and she responded the next morning. I signed up with them to do a 10 hour package. I get 1 premier album 40 photos, 1 coffee table book 70 photos, 1 16x20 metal or canvas print and a complimentary engagement session for $2995. Best deal I saw by great photographers.

Sorry to hijack, but can anyone tell me more about the fee for the escort/guide? How much is it and are they needed at the pavilion or only within the theme parks? If you have two photographers from the same outside vendor, do they both need their own escort? Thanks.

I believe they charge a fee per photographer, and they have a 3 hr minimum. Don't quote me on this but I think I remember reading somewhere that the escort fee is $30 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. So at the very least it would be $90 for just one photographer. HTH

You would only need to pay the escort fee if you brought the photographers into the park. In 2014 the fee is $90/photographer for four hours, then $50/photographer per hour thereafter.
