Anyone use this stuff?

I have a friend who's selling it, and she gave me some free samples. I really like it, but man it is PRICEY!!!

Is it worth it? Since she's a friend, I will buy SOMETHING from her to be nice, but not sure if I should get the whole kit or if I can get a similar product elsewhere.

What's the scoop?

Okay, I found myself in the same position. I normally don't use pricey products...I don't have problem skin so I can use cheap, drugstore products with no issues. As long as I can do that, I'm not spending more money than I have to. However, I did try some of the Arbonne samples a year ago and I thought it was a good product. Nice, clean smell. The cleaners and toner had this "tingle" that I like. But, it's just way out of my budget. Arbonne girls are going to push the whole kit, but seriously, if you find one item you like, I don't think you have to buy the whole package. The good thing with Arbonne is that they have such a wide range of products. They used to have a peppermint body scrub that I LOVED, but I think they discontinued it. (Which is okay, because I like B&BW's version just as well, and it's way cheaper!)

Gosh...it's been YEARS since I've heard of that skin care line. I have tried it before a long time ago and I remember it was good. But like you said, it's pricey. Some people spare no expense on skin care, but I can't afford to do that. You will like the stuff though.

A friend of mine sells it. I looooove the way it smells, but yes it's too expensive. I understand you can get a 30% or so discount by having a card or something? Or using someone else's card? That might help offset the cost enough to be affordable.

It really is great stuff!

But I've been able to find perfectly good substitutes as much better prices. Someone got me some products as a gift (well, it was a birthday gift but actually it came with a HUGE pitch from her to start selling Arbonne myself...loved the products but hated the pressure!).

I'd buy something to be nice, or if you need to get a nice gift for someone it does make a very luxurious gift. Just be prepared for the push to become an Arbonne salesperson, or at least to buy the whole kit.

I had a neighbor selling the stuff. I foolishly agreed to go to her "party," the first and only time I've ever gone to one of these sales things. The price of the skin care stuff was insane, and I didn't buy it.

She ended up insisting I take a sample kit. I tried it and was unimpressed, and was very happy I hadn't squandered hundreds of dollars on it. My cheapo routine works just fine and costs pennies a year.

Several students bought me the hand cream as a teacher gift. I think I have 3 or 4 of them. I always wondered where they got it since I never saw it in the stores. The hand cream is pretty good.
