AR question

If we are going off season (week after labor day), can we do AR's day before or morning of? This would just be for table service at resorts and theme parks, no character or shows?

Sure you can, given the time of year you are going. But if there's any place(s) you have your heart set on eating, I would suggest you make PS as early as possible.
