We will be in the area and have one free day of nothing planned, I was wondering if it would be opened by April 20:)

Supposed to open in March--March 1 off the top of my head--so barring major delays, it will definitely be open by April.

Where is this park? Is the price included with a Seaworld ticket or is it a totally different park like Blizzard Beach? If so does any know the price of a ticket.

I don't believe SW has made any announcements about any of this, but my guess is that it will be a separate admission, with combo tickets available, rather like Adventure Island over at Busch Gardens Tampa.

SeaWorld has announced pricing for Aquatica (along with a name change for all Busch Parks to "Worlds of Discovery," but that's another story).

Here's the poop:

Aquatica $38.95

SeaWorld/Aquatica $89.95

Orlando FlexTicket (SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, Wet n Wild, Aquatica) $234.95 ($279.95 with Busch Gardens Tampa)

Discovery Cove Ultimate (Discovery Cove, SeaWorld, Aquatica, Busch Gardens Tampa) $339.00

Same price as Wet n Wild and the Disney water parks--I'm a bit surprised SW didn't go a little higher. Still, you have to figure by March 2, Wet n Wild will be a ghost town. Colorful, highly themed park with animals v. concrete and more concrete.

I wonder if there will be an option to add on a day at Aquatica to an already purchased Sea World ticket? Anyone know?

From what I see on Sea World's website Sea World is offering Sea World/Aquatica combo tickets that according to them are length of stay tickets, which mean you have unlimited admission to both parks for 7 days. The regular price for this ticket is $99.95, but if you buy it online 7 days before you get it at the child's price of $89.95.
