AquaDuck height requirement changed

Yea!! Was very worried my DD was just going to miss the cut off in August. So happy won't have to deal with that now.

this is indeed so.

You can ride if you are 42 inches, however you have to ride with someone 14 or older if you are not 7 (they give them a band with dots), if you are 7 and over taller than 42 inches but shorter than 54 inches you are given a blue band. A person with a blue band can ride with another person with a blue band or an adult.

sounds complicated...do they give you the bands in line or are they part of the kids club bands?

They give you the bands at the bottom of the slide and explain it to you based on your band. Very simple, easy and kids are happy to have a special band. :)

Though I did see a kid who was under 14 be prompted by his dad to say he was 14 so his little sister could go down with him. The CM knew he was under 14 but didn't argue, I would say the kid was no more than 12.
