APs....

Just wondering if we're allowed to get our APs when we go for a site visit or does it start when we go to the Planning Session?

You will not get your AP's until you have signed your Letter of Agreement (LOA) which I assume you haven't yet.

You get the APs when you get back your countersigned LOA. We hadn't even spoken about contracts at our site visit so I don't think you can get them then.

I guess I will just have to wait and see what happens since I have signed the LOA and mailed out the deposit.

I figuered since I'll be in Disney for the site visit it would be a great cost saver if I had the APs instead of having to purchase tickets while I am there. But I was just wondering if it was possible.

If you signed you LOA and paid then I would think that you could get your AP's. Call or e-mail your sales consultant and let them know that you would like to use them and if they can estimate on when you will get your copy of the LOA with AP's.

I called and received an email after with the AP info that I just have to take to Guest Relations so hopefully it all goes well.
