UPDATE: As of the last resort computer software update, Lobby Concierge at the Disney Resorts can now sell Annual Passes. They can ONLY sell new passes. They cannot do renewals. One thing to note is that Lobby Concierge can only put the AP on a plastic Key to the World card, not on a paper ticket. While this may sound like a good thing, Guest Relations reports many problems with the magnetic strip on the plastic cards becoming unreadable or demagnetized far more often than the paper tickets.

Per Allears:
I'm a little confused. What's a Key to the World card? Isn't that the same thing as your room key? If so, how can you use the AP on your next trip? I've always gotten a separate paper AP ticket.
You still will have to deal with two cards, your KTTW card and your AP card.
I got mine mixed up more than once.So on the off chance the AP that I buy at my resort becomes demagnitized can they fix it at the resort or do I have to go to guest services?
