APs - are they good on any room?

I am considering buying an annual pass - if they have discounts on rooms are they an across the board discount or do they only apply to certain levels such as garden view? Would you be able to get the discount on concierge, lagoon views or suites? Thanks in advance!

I know that the discounts have come out for the garden view, lagoon view and concierge, I am not sure about the suites though.

So, the discounts are specific to the room type? What about a Lodge Tower Room at the Grand Floridian?

Everytime I've asked about the suites I've been told that they don't ever discount them for either AP or Fl residents. There are times when concierge hasn't been discounted either but if I remember it's only when it's a really busy time of the year.
