I still can’t get on and I’ve been refreshing and clearing my cookies etc all day. I’ve been on Firefox, chrome, IE and iOS and nothing.
Does anyone know if the haunted mansion one is available?

Same here - sometimes i get to the page where I can order the MB but then no where does it show "continue" to order it. So I back out and then get errors again.

I get into selecting the bands and then it says "let's get this party started. Select your bands" but says no results underneath it and then there is nothing to choose from. Am I missing something or is this just a glitch that is happening?

Does anyone know if the bands can be upgraded with an annual pass at Disney springs customer service?
Or it is only for pre-orders?

It is a glitch, just keep refreshing until you get choices.

I was able to order mine. I did get a couple of errors when I first went in. I just happened to check this morning and when I saw the errors I immediately knew they had to have been updated.

Does anyone know how these will be charged? I have a credit card on my account but for this upcoming trip, it was booked with my sister's credit card. I will go in and pay my half. I'm guessing it's just added to the total?

I recieved a payment screen and then a Congratulations! with an order number. It took a while and lots of refreshing. I also got a confirmation email.

I either get this or a system error before I even get to that screen. I know the first day will be wonky and I normally just wouldn’t worry, except (Or course ) today is my last day to customize!

I had already picked our free MBs a while ago. I click on Edit Order and keep getting Stitch. For those that have successfully upgraded, were you editing your order or was it a new order?

Earlier I was able to select band and got error screen at checkout, now I can't even get to the selection screen. I've got lots of time though, so I'll leave it be for a day or two and try again.

I'm curious whether or not you can change your mind after you've purchased the upgrade though. I keep going back and forth between the snack one and the Spaceship Earth one and not at all confident that whatever I choose today is the same as I'm going to want a month or two from now.

there must be so many people trying to do this that it is maxing out their site because it is buggy! error messages and all kinds of stuff. Disney really should account for this and make sure the site can handle the traffic

finally got through and got the Minnie rocks band cause I wanted one with one of the new colors as a base $10.70 when you account for Tax and just an FYI this was was for an AP band that was renewed in November I've presently been using the Epcot 35th Figment band and didn't get an AP band after my 2017 renewal because of it and wasn't planning on getting an AP band for this renewal until the upgrades were announced

i never saw a TOT one, but the HM one was like a drawing of the outfit. DH wasn't impressed and he's a big HM fan.
