AP's and blockout days ?

Just read on another thread that blockout days don't apply for the fantasy AP if you're staying onsite, is this also the case for the Francilien?

I've only just realised this myself after all these years of being APs!

the 2 non-contractual days are still the same on the Francillien if you stay onsite - which is why ThBa ordered and paid for theirs through the mail, so that the Francillien APs they received in the post had already passed their 1st 3 days activation before they arrive at DLP.
