Just want to make sure I've got this right.

Hotel

I can book Cheyenne package for 1 person and then add on up to 3 more at check in, just paying a couple of euros room tax and all guests will be entitled to breakfast and EMH.

AP
I can purchase Francilien AP's by post with my shareholders card. There'll be no blackout days provided we're staying onsite and as the passes will have been activated theres no 2nd 3rd day blackout on their first use in the park.

But if i wait and buy the APs at the park, the 2nd 3rd day blackout would apply even if staying onsite?

yes, right again :).

The 2nd and 3rd days on the Francillien are non-contractual dates, not blackout dates, so it doesn't matter where you are staying, onsite or offsite, for the non-contractual days, you can't use the APs on those 2 days to access the parks.

it just seems to be too good to be true :)

It does doesn't it :goodvibes

I've done the adding people to the room many times, it only happened once but one time when i wanted to add my daughter to the room at the Cheyenne they wanted to check her age because they said they do not allow adults to sleep in the bunk beds.:confused3
I have read on other forums that some people have had problems and others haven't.
It might just be worth checking with Disney that adults are able to sleep in the bunks before you go ahead and book. :)

Its a weight restriction thing on the bunkbeds Poppie, i checked it out last year as we were 4 adults, as i remember its around 11 stone for the top bunk.
Thinking about it though as its likely to be just me and Liam, i'd be better off with SF or SL and a double bed each, need to make a decision on dates and then see if my niece and nephew want to come along :)

Oh right, that makes sense now. Did seem an odd thing for them to say as not everyone is a two adults two children family.
I'll know now for future trips with my new granddaughter :goodvibes

Can you only do the hotel, adding extra people to the room thing only with a francillian passport or any annual passport?

Ta.

They never asked me at the ckeck in if the other (added) people have an AP so I guess you can add people even without any APs or tickets.

:thumbsup2

yes you can :) - Disney don't care what type of AP/park ticket you have for booking into the hotel room at check-in, and any type of AP works for park access if you are staying onsite, as long as the 2 non-contractual dates on your Francillien AP have already passed, if thats the AP you decide to go for (Fantasy and Dream APs have no non-contractual dates).
