Try this site http://www.wunderground.com/US/FL/Orlando.html
and scroll down to history and almanac. We're going April 25th and can't even think about packing yet.

Yummy :cool2:

Can be cool in the evenings, but generally yummy.

I'm with you mermaid & cinderella. Were going in May and I'm just about all packed. I'm really not that much of a fanatic but I buy us all new summer clothes starting in Jan. and since I live just outside of snowy Buffalo, I know were not going to use them before we leave anyways so I just pack them in the suitcase till we leave.

We've gone in the end of April/May for the last 5 yrs. It's between 86 - 93. We usually get maybe one partial day of rain (if that) and normally one cooler night. With that said, I don't take any sweatshirts. I figure we'll just buy one if needed. Besides we depart with shorts and a windbreaker so that's enough. When we started going, I would bring one pair of jeans for each of us but we never used them so I no longer bother. When we leave our temps at home are normally 50 at best so maybe were more use to the colder temps..........

Don't forget to wave to me as you take off if you get a seat on the right of the place and you take off heading south!!!

I live in Cheektowaga and will be heading back to WDW in August.

We'll be there for Easter (our 3rd, 2003 PORS, 2004 CBR) and each time we've been to Disney in April the weather has been awesome! :thumbsup2

Most days are in the mid 80's, nights can dip to the high 50's but generally high 60's. We always bring a spring jacket and one pair of long pants (slacks, jeans) but so far we never needed them. The rain in April usually occurs in mid to late afternoon, 2:00 - 6:00 PM, and even then it's a brief down pour followed by bright sunshine! A collapsable umbrella would do the trick. If you're from the Northeast, pack like it's June, then you'll be OK.

Easter @ CSR  19 days and counting!!!!!! :cool1:

Bring a light jacket just in case, I usually don't bother bringing an umbrella, just go with ponchos if we're caught out in a park in the rain. A sweater or sweatshirt and pair of jeans wouldn't be a bad idea. But April weather is generally just fine for shorts and t-shirts. Other items are more for potentially cool evenings. We've been in April several times and rarely needed more than the jeans.

We've been going to Disney every Spring for last 9 years. Bring t-shirts & shorts for day and a couple of long pants, shirts and a light jacket for nights. Nuff said!!

What about the water parks? Are they warm enough? DD would like a trip to WDW for her 8th grade graduation present and I'm thinking the end of April while she is on her spring break (in 2008 she will be off 4/19 - 4/27) instead of late June/July after school is out. I'm hoping April will be cooler but warm enough for the water parks (we've never done them before).:confused3

We are also going in April. First time for this time of year, usually go winter and have been summer a couple of times when it was way too hot.
Does anyone know if the mosquitoes are around at this time of year? Usually when we go in winter there aren't any.
Also what's the gulf coast like in April, was thinking maybe Sanibel or St. Pete's?
