April Trip 2009

My wife and I are finally able to return to DL this April. Our first trip was on our honeymoon, and now for our five year anniversery we are coming "home". We will arrive on April 1st and will be leaving on April the 6th.

Has anyone been to DL around this time, if so what should we expect? I have heard that it is spring break in CA, and also that there is an unoffical gay day?? If anyone has been during this time any help is welcome. Also if anyone is going to be at the park during these dates I would love to arrange a meet. DW and I are members of the DFW chapter of the NFFC and would love to meet other married couples around the U.S. that love Disney as much as we do.

I will be there April 3 to 11. Yes, it will be Spring Break and very busy also because it's Easter. I've never been in April before. I've been to DLR at the beginning of May (not crowded at all) and in the summer (very crowded). I am expecting the latter so I would definitely take advantage of the Fastpass system.

It will be busy as it is peak Spring Break time. April 4th is the Mini Gay Day celebration, but I am not sure how that compares in terms of crowd size to the October Gay Days.
