I have been trying to find the best time to go for our very first WDW Trip! I am trying to decide between April or Nov 2013. Easter is March 31 in 2013 does that mean the crowds with be better in late April? What about the humidity? We can do heat but the humidity kills us!! What do you think is better in terms of both crowds and weather April or Nov? Thanks!

As long as you're not planning for the week of Thanksgiving, November is usually the best time of year to go (compared only to February). Late April wouldn't be horrible with Easter being at the end of March, but it will still conflict with some Spring Breaks, so it would be more crowded than November. As for humidity - I'm not sure about April, but in the south it generally starts to get bad about then (depending on how harsh the winter was).

I usually go in mid Oct or the beginning of Nov for my bday. Crowds are usually light and I don't remember many rainy days either. I have gone to the parks in Nov wearing a sweatshirt and jeans then shorts and tshirt during the same trip but it has never been really humid while I was there. The Osborne Spectacle of Dancing Lights and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party also start in Nov if that interests you.
