Does anyone know of any new discounts? I had some but they are no longer avaliable.

We just reserved economy car from Avis for 154$/week (119$ before taxes I think) including taxes using this code - D005297 from rentalcodes.com for the third week of May. I could not find anything cheaper than that for this time period...

Good luck! Let me know please if you find a better deal. Btw, compact was only 11$ more or so (165$ per week including taxes).

Budget had a good special for that time period.
I think it was 129.00 for a small suv for the week.

I know it was listed on their site under FL specials.

I got this deal and am really excited! It will be fun to have an SUV rather than the full-size car I usually get from National EA (nice but boring). I think the special is also for a mid-size car.

Whan did you get this deal, I could not find it! Do you have the link saved to favorites or anything?

The deal for the suv for 129.00 per week with budget was right on their website.
There wasn't any special codes or links needed you could just get to it from their website.

I just looked and I don't see it.
I now see a special for 169.00
They must have had limited bookings and now that it's almost april they are full.

I booked mine in feb.

I have tried some of the links and codes, and there are a few that don't apply now.

Hi...rentals cars fall into two catagories....

In the airport at MCO or outside the airport. Inside is SOOOOOO convenient and easy many of us are willing to pay a little extra to save up to an hour of hassels with offsite rentals.

Onsite is National, Budget, Dollar, Alamo, and L&M. L&M does not have a good rep.

We like National for cars and Dollar for vans.

Try National ( www.nationalcars.com ) with Contract ID 5901600 and then search Yahoo or Google for "coupons for national rent a car" The ID is 20% and once in a while you will find a coupon for 15 to 20 dollars off a weekly rental. If you find the coupon KEEP IT to give the person at the counter or it won't work.

Enjoy....Ted

I have a reservation at National with a coupon for two car upgrade from Entertainment book and a code from mousesavers for a pretty good discount. Could I give them a second coupon for $20.00 off a weekly rental when I get there or should I call and tell them I have it or will they not accept another coupon?

You can only use one coupon per rental.

Hi, I would give it to them when you get there, but my hunch is one coupon per rental....just do the math on which one saves most or if the car up grade is that important

HINT....Emerald Isle service is so slick at National. You bypass the counter and go right to long isle with 30 to 50 cars and you pick which one you want. In Orlando there are frequently small SUV's Rendevous, mid size on the "Emerald Isle." You can join for free. I think you can just call them and say that you love National and would love to have Emerald Isle. They may wave the $50 fee for you...
