April, May, or when??

Hi all! After YEARS of begging hubby to go to the world I think I've finally wore him down.
He's agreed to go next year after taxes come back in so that leaves us with from march on.
Now, I really don't want to go in March as spring breaks and from what I've read on here no thanks.
How is April mid to late or early May?
Now I know there's the later months like September onward, but he refuses to go during hurricane season so help me out PLEASE!!!

I think most of April is pretty bad - I think May would be better?

Early May is fantastic; reliably warm (good swimming) and very low crowds.

Most of April is easter/spring breakers, late May has the memorial day crowds.

March can be cold.

Also, Epcot has the Flower and Garden Festival, it is sooooo pretty there.

My vote is early May - wonderful weather and typically low crowds.

I was there last week and to me it was perfect. Sunny and in the 80's with no humidity and moderate crowds (crowds were about the same as they were when I was there last October).

we have gone in May , Oct , and DEC , and we liked May and Oct the best .
May you have low crowds and the garden festival and in Oct you have the wine and food festival and mickey not so scary Halloween party ,we loved the food festival , you get a chance try a sample of wine and food from other country's , and tell your hubby that late Sept early Oct is the end of hurricanes season and the chances for one are slim and Disney also has exultant safety plan to keep you safe if a hurricane hits

We were there March 14-22nd this year. Weather was great and crowd level was not bad at all. However, you could tell an increase the weekend we were leaving.

Keep in mind - Easter is April 4th in 2010. (week earlier than this year)

We are actually planning on April 16-25th next year. Keeping our fingers crossed, based on responses this year that the crowds are cleared out .
