April/May 2017?

I have read it builds throughout the day at DL- starting at lunch to super duper crowded by dinner, but at DCA the impact is pretty minimal until later in the evening. But, I haven't experienced it yet myself.

OKAY....I am back again. Ha!

I seriously cannot decide between first week of March or first week of June.

March - could have Spring break crowds. If not, crowds might be okay. Weather would be okay too.
June - could have grad night crowds. If not, no clue how crowds are this time of year. Weather could be warmer than I like but still tolerable.

I don't know what to pick.

I think the first week of March will be lighter and most spring breaks won't have started. More people will be out of school in early June than early March. But.... Closures will probably be better in June.

Okay...I think I'm going to go with March. I'm so used to closures at this point...haha. The only thing I'd be sad about would be Winnie the Pooh. Strange, I know. But Henry LOVES Pooh. And we've shown him the ride on youtube and he cracks up every time.

We ended up doing last week of April. Most schools will be done with spring break. I didn't want to do the first week of June (our other thought) because of grad nights. We debated between the two but are taking our chances with the 24-28th of April. *bites nails*

We decided to go with the first week of March since Easter is a bit later next year. I am hoping we won't need our back-up days though and we will be able to go first week of February as planned.
