I'm going to set my goal a little lower this month since I'll be at WDW for a few days and won't be working out (at least not in an official sense). Let's say 575.
Sorry, I'm new to the exercise challenge thing. Are we to pledge how many exercise minutes we do? What do we include, official workouts? Walking? Housework? time spent on situps? Just let me know cause I'd like to give it a try.
