Good morning ladies,
well got to finish last August's cruise album today, I hope!! I have never let one sit untouched for so long before. It will probably take 3 to 4 hours to finish it.
Plus I need to get a little fresh fruit at the store. I got up at 4:45 a.m. today, so I should have alittle extra time to work on it, unelss I fall asleep this afternoon
Although I usually get up by 5:30 a.m. , so not really that big a difference.

Same with us, as bought two albums and disney cruise snap book 06. We have not starting it yet. Thinking start it on 7 April as husband and in law are away to England. so hopeful start to do it!

Piles of photos on the shelves of Florida and Disney Cruise.

My husband bought a new camera from his friend who hardly used it. Very good camera and bought new lens from ebay. Hope everything is okay, will use it in July at Cruise.

Hi Deborah,
Be sure and try out your new camera before your trip. I always have to get use to a new one and practice a few snapshots in order to take agood picture with it.

I am just now getting good at useing our digital camera we got a year ago. At first I hated the idea of a digital camera, but now I love it!!

At least on this cruise I wont have too much stuff for an album, i will get a small album, but the one I have to do from last summer has so many pictures because of having the grandkids with us!! It will take quite some time to do .

Elizabeth, how is the cruise planning going?? Are you getting aquainted on the cruise meets thread ok? Some groups are friendlier than others, hope you got a great group!

I am still working on it, things have been sooo busy with work and family I have not had much time to plan. After this week is over I will hopefully be able to get more done.

You all must be very excited about your cruise!!!!

Yep, we are getting excited, only 8 days to go !!!!

Lots of beautiful sunshine here.

I finally convinced my husband he needs to buy some shorts before the cruise. He has one pair id nice looking tropical ones, then heavy wieght denim which doesnt work well in the heat.
I am so tired of seeing those tropical shorts!!! He needs 3 more pair and I will be happy!!! I never have understood why men always seem to think it is like having a tooth pulled to go out and buy some clothes!! At least now he will try them on before buying them. He use to say these will fit and buy them, then they wouldnt fit right and he never wanted to return them and would be out a lot of money.
I am not a huge clothing shopper, I would rather buy other things with my money but at least if I need a piece of clothing I just go get it.

well hopefully I will finish up my scarap book from last Augusts cruise today. if I can accomplish that I will be happy!!!

I was reading the guest book this morning, and I just think it is so totally awesome that so many cruisers from the disboards have left messages on it. This really is an awesome community to be a part of.

Also, on another note, just got off the phone with DCL and I am so excited! My favorite Captain Henry was scheduled originally to get off the ship this week, but now he is on til April 8th. Yippee! I love Captain Henry. He is my favorite Captain!

Remember we planned to meet at 3 p.m. the first day in the Promenade lounge.
If you tell me when you are leaving I will post before then to tell you what I am wearing that day to help you recognise me. That way you wont think your walking up to a stranger in case I get to the lounge first.

Jamie and I are flying out of Salt Lake at 5:30 p.m. on Wed and arrive in Ft. Lauderdale at midnight. We are then spending the night at Kay's and then the three of us will get up and drive to the port. Hope to be there early!

I wanted to fly out earlier that day, but we have all staff meetings that day and I was told I "HAD" to be there.

Not too bad though, because when we land it is really only 10 p.m. to us.

Oh-and packing-I'll be throwing stuff in the suitcase on my way out the door!

it sounds like you've got it all set!!
We usually arrive right at 10 a.m. when it opens, but Greg has to work part of the day so we wont get there until 12:30 to 1:00 p.m.
Just in time to check in, have lunch, go to the room, roam around a bit then meet at 3. Should work out fine for us too.

I have packed for so many of these trips that it is a 10 minutes process and I am all done. 3 day we really dont need alot of stuff.
Our carry on is mostly medical stuff for me, and 1 checked bag. We even will have plenty of room for souvenirs if we decide to buy something.

I did watch the Wonder pull out yesterday, and I was thinking next week at this time it will be us on the ship!!!

I would love to watch Wonder Disney next week but dont know which one and what time? give me the details and times. I will watch it.

My work give me day off today as new holiday start on Monday.

Oh well, my son's birthday yesterday and he is 10 years old now and want to go to picture tonight to see Mr Bean Holiday We said okay take the kids to the picture and after that go to Pizza Hut.

He is having swimming party tom lunch times.

I had the appeal today and won as they cut my dla disability living allowance and i get it for life.

School holiday start today and just thinking that one year ago we went on holiday to florida

Not doing anything in Easter and save up for Medi. Cruise.

Dopey Mama is lady, I dont know her name who happened to see one of my posts and she posted that they were on this cruise too. So I invited her to join us here and post before the cruise. I hope she will drop by and say hello.

Next Thursday at 5:00 P.M. Eastern time is when the ship pulls out.

One cam is www.twopalms.com but that wont show the ship until 5:20 to 5:35 depending if the ship left on time. It shows the ocean that you first get into after leaving the channel you go down.

there is another one at the Radisson that you can follow it go down the channel. www.opusad.com/radissonwebcam

If you start with the radisson and when the ship is out of site, go to the capecaribe cam(listed below) you can catch it at the end of the channel and follow out to sea.

2 of those cams you can take turns operating the camera to follow the ship.
Just check them out ahead of time. saturday at the same time you can watch the Magic pull out, so you can practice this weekend, then next week you will know just how it works.

Often on the Radisson at first you can mostly see the black smoke stacks, but once the ship starts to move you will see it clearly.

That's funny. Last night I was at the gym working with my trainer and I said, well, this time next week I will just be finishing dinner and heading to the Welcome Aboard show in the Walt Disney Theater.

I have been educating him every workout all about Disney cruises. When he found out that all the meals were included, he couldn't believe it. He said, what if I miss lunch, then I said, well there's room service, Pluto's Doghouse, Goofy's Galley, or Pinnochios Pizzaria. And if that doesn't work, I'm sure they could find something for you! He laughs everytime I give him the scoop (oh, which reminds me I told him he could get ice cream too!)

There is always food available on the ship!!
One short crusie we took, we never made it to the dining rooms, we were too busy,but we always had food when we got hungry!!

Time is really flying by quickly now!!!
