Just to let you know that I am leaving about 7 am tomorrow morning for Disney and am not taking my laptop with me. So I will not be online until Sunday evening again.

That is awesome news!! I am so glad you'll have an interpreter.

Well we may not of met up this year, but if all goes well, we will be cruising for a few years to come, so maybe someday we will meet up. We go on both ships. Even if you just come to visit WDW sometime we may be able to meet up??

I am getting excited for the trip now too. I just realized I need to get a couple of new blouses before the trip, so I'd better get busy looking for that too.

Am home and had a real good time.

It only sprinkled a little and not even hard enough to wear a raincoat.

My friends went to Illuminations last night while I waited for them at Boardwalk. I just could not walk over.

Am a little tired and have to get something to eat.

I have not been on the DIS since last week and it seems like I have missed a lot. I greatly enjoyed hearing about your day trip to MK!!!! Ahh to be at Disney!!! Standing on mainstreet looking, no drooling, at the castle...


Good news, I think DH finally has me convinced to to a Disney Cruise sometime next year. So my next few weeks will be spent drilling the DCL area of the DIS!!! I may ask you tons more questions....

Hey I have a couple of cruises booked in 08.
One is a 7 day Western on 11/29/08 and a 3 day on 3/20/08.
The later one is on Easter weekend, so it is more spendy.

Maybe when you start thinking of dates you might consider one of these?? It would be fun to cruise together.
There is a meets thread for the November cruise that is full of great people who i cruised with last year, and will cruise with many of them this november too!! You would fit right in!!

had a good time with my DD and Kaitlyn at Disney

Met one of my friends from Utah and England and we ate t Rain Forest on Saturday night and then went to Illuminations.

I waited for them at Boardwalk 'cause I didn't want to go to Illuminations.

It was fun just sitting and watching everyone on the Boardwalk.

Sunday morning we ate at Crystal Palace and then went to FantasyLand and road some rides with Kaitlyn 'cause it was her day.

And then went to Toontown. Had a good time walking around there.

Headed home and got on the road around 1 pm.

Picked Harry up from the ER on the way home. He is OK.

Hope everyone's weather is getting better.

Gonna take a little rest now. Just had some lunch and are a little lazy LOL

Hi Kay, sounds like you ate at some great places. My family loves the Rain Forest!!! We usually take company there, I love it when all the animals come to life!! It is loud, but fun!!
plus if you got to the one at downtown disney instead of the AK one you can walk right out the door and into Goofy's candy store!!! Best to go int here on a full stomach!!
I love taking the grandkids in there. I tell them they can pick out one of anything they want. That opens a BIG bucket of worms!! They go around and around the place trying to decide what to get

Did you see the plans for Sea Worlds new water park?? It will be done March 08. I dont swim, but I love taking the family to places like that.

Lots of times Greg and I will go to the Boardwalk and people watch too.
It is a good place to do that.
I am glad Harry is ok. It must be very hard for you to leave now and then. I am glad you can still get to go and enjoy yourself.

I know, right now someone else will be cooking breakfast, making my bed, cleaning my bathroom and entertaining me!!!

I wish they still had a live band and the steel drum band by the pool. I really miss that.
The band by the pool really helps set the theme for the cruise!!

We are on the FINAL countdown!!!

Geez, what a busy day I am having - where did I get this energy from??

fixed b/fast, went to Office Depot, went grocery shopping, went to Post Office, went to grocery store again - cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms, did a couple loads of wash and dryed them and folded and put away -----
cleaned out 2 closets

and wrote about 50 sweepstakes postcards so I can mail one each day for me and Harry and not do them each day and it is 3:55 pm --


NOW I'm gonna watch some of my movies at last
