Updated stateroom on roll call, champagne girls & fish extender lists. I think that was all of them.
If anybody looks at the roll call list please scan it carefully. There are duplicate names toward the bottom, looks kind of strange.
Welcome...im trying im trying LOL I too love the FE and sometimes i guess im too much of a perfectionist for my own good. I am trying to make everyone happy yet leave no one out ( after all Ohana means family and no one gets left behind). I have heard from about 5 people today which is good. I think its actually better because thats more for another group and everyone elses too go down a little. Hubby has been a big help and made some cute graphics for the packets ill have in LA.
I hope all of you living in tornado infested areas today are safe....it breaks my heart to see all the devastation......
Awww...this earrings are might cute, but I got too many already LOL

I am sorry - should have my English teacher husband proof my posting. I should have said I have extra shirts, two of them are size small. no extra-small shirts.

For everyone who is getting assigned rooms and is participating in the champagne girls, please go to page one and enter your stateroom number where you originally signed up. ALSO, please do not leave any blank categories. I need to know if you're a taster, sipper or honorary member. I need to know how much champage to order and there will be color coordinated name badges given out at the door. SO please don't make me track you down.....fill in all the blanks and the GTYs on the form. Thanks so much for all your help and cooperation.
Well, thanks to all the posts, I also looked and we have 6650...must go see where that is....
We got our room assigned too. 6122 here we come.
It is late, I am both excited and tired but when I clicked on the link it said it was closed. I will try again tomorrow....
or shoudl ig beI have a real room now...
I think you were on the wrong spreadsheet. Go to the ROLL CALL spreadsheet. Look at the tabs on the bottom and scroll over to the Champagne Girls. Click on it and that's the spreadsheet where you make changes.
Thanks for checking and updating.
Wow...DCL was busy today assigning all the staterooms. I'm glad they didn't wait till 30 days out or less.
Ooopsie...silly me.... I see now that I was on the incorrect link. I found the right one and entered all our data...I hope it saved. Now I can work on our door magnets....
Ok maybe not now, maybe tomorrow...![]()
Wow, hard question. Depends on the hours at the parks that day. If they are open early morning until midnight or so, you could do both parks. DL early over to CA for a few hours in the afternoon and then back to DL until close. It really is way easier to get from one park to the other than at WDW. BUT, if the parks close at 10 then I would just do DL. It has the magic of Walt's touch that you won't find at any other park. I would try to see/do the things that are not at MK.
I may not be the best person to answer this, since I've only been to DL a few times and I'm biased towards WDW. ^_^
You might be able to get both done in a day if you skip some of the rides that you can get at either park (DL or WDW). Maybe it is just me but I didn't think that either park was that big.
If you only pick one, personally I would go to Disneyland because it has the majority of my favorite rides and some that are different from WDW. Go Matterhorn!
California Adventure was okay, though, if you love Soarin' make sure you go because the wait never seems to be as long at DL as it is at WDW. Maybe because they are in California?
They also have a nice setup with their Downtown Disney area. It's compact and has plenty of food choices and places to shop!
Just my two cents and a hair clip on the matter.
DO NOT skip Pirates of the Caribbean or Space Mountain. They are NOT the same in both parks. I would also recommend not skipping the Haunted Mansion. Tower of Terror, I could skip that, I don't like the one-shaft mechanism at DL.
Hi
I have an annual pass to Disneyland Resort and love both parks. I guess it also depends if you have kids and what their ages are. If you plan on getting a park hopper ticket then I would recommend both parks but if you are only going to go to one park, I would go to Disneyland - the original. California Adventure (DCA) is under construction so there are areas that are fenced off. You can walk right into DCA from the Grand Californian. I think you are there on a Saturday so the parks are open late (Disneyland usually till midnight and DCA till 10). They are both doable knowing you cannot do everything. Definitely use fast passes. They are different systems in each park so you can get more than one fast pass at a time. I recommend the World of Color at California Adventure and the fireworks are great at Disneyland. The hotel used to give out fast passes that when you stuck them in the machine gave you fast passes that you could use right then (did not have to wait for a time later in the day as is typical). Works great so you can get more rides in.
My recommended attractions at Disneyland- Space Mountain (in my opinion better than WDW), Finding Nemo cuz WDW does not have it, Matterhorn if it is back up again (they were working on it), Small World, Pirates, Tiki Room, Indiana Jones (not at WDW). At DCA: Soarin over California, Screamin, Toy Story Mania (not fast pass so always long lines), Grizzly Rapids (you will get wet but you are staying next to the ride so can always change). You have to go see Aladdin-it is a great musical!
We always go to the Grand Californian to White Water for lunch instead of in the parks. Call dining and get reservations for the evening so you do not have to wait in line if you are eating at the park or a restaurant in the park. Sorry I am not much help in the dining department.
Have fun and remember the Disneyland Resort is a lot smaller than WDW. You can walk from your hotel to Downtown Disney to Disneyland to DCA. No buses!
Honestly, if you can only do one thing at DL, I'd suggest it be World of Color at California Adventure. It's so so so good. Jason and I love it. (In fact he watches it on Youtube all the time just for fun). We're really only going to have one day at the parks, too, because we get in late on the 27th...so we are getting a one day, 2 park hopper pass. There are lots of things at DL we will not NEED to ride (like most of the duplicates from WDW). The only two things I'm totally set on doing are WOC and the Little Mermaid...everything else is gravy as far as I'm concerned.
Awww...this earrings are might cute, but I got too many already LOL
