No, no....mishoe1 is sending me something else----related to the lanyard project but not money yet.

I'm not going to be collecting money for lanyards until at least after the new year. I want to try to estimate a count of how many to order (because I don't want tons of extras that get wasted and I don't want to have to carry more than necessary in my luggage either! LOL)

We too have narrowed down our excursion selections....now to keep my fingers crossed that we can get them booked on December 31.

Is that when platinums can book? on the 31st? (My TA is away on vacation right now so I can't contact her for the info)

I suggest taking the shirt size your kids wear and going to your local fabric store like JoAnn's. Find the sizes on a shirt that looks right in the pattern books, and it will tell you EXACTLY how much yardage you need - for a 'directional' fabric - that is the pattern will have to be laid out with the pieces all in the same direction.

IN fact, I was going to suggest that for adult shirts too, if we don't get sufficient orders of a given size. Or if we don't get sufficient orders for the discount - If one sews, a LOT of fabric can be had for 45$

Men's xl takes 2 1/2 yds of 45 inch fabric, boys 1 3/8. All sizes and a romper are in the same pattern.

Yes, that is the date for Platinum. Gold is Jan 15, So silver should be Jan 30, and 1st timers on Feb 14.

I just called them to ensure I was giving you correct information. They verified that yes, they do accommodate wheelchairs. The woman on the phone said usually there is a mini-bus with 2-3 steps to get on, but there may be a vehicle with a lift available. The booking window does not open for May until January 02, 2012. But, she said to call back then and put in the request for the lift bus. Also, payment is due in full at the time of booking.

When a group of us were down at Fishermans Wharf, to see the Wonder departed from San Francisco last April. We had the Mickey hands and signs, and some of the tourists asked who we were. Bob told them we were "DCL Groupies, something they can aspire to". I think I need to get a tee-shirt with that written on it for him.

I have a question for those that have done the road to Hana. DMiL would like to know how "hairpin" the hairpin turns are? I am thinking it is like the Amalfi Coast in Naples, am I far off?
