It's 5º here and snowy. We're going to get more snow and an ice storm tonight. This trip can't come quick enough!

It's suppose to go up to 39º today. Maybe it will melt the one inch layer of ice on my car
I have to drive our DS back to college this afternoon.I plan on blasting my cruise music on my ipod on the drive home.

We had 12+ inches of snow this weekend! So I did what any sensible cruise planner would do - shopped on line for spring and summer clothes! I had some Gymboree gymbucks and used them to get the girls some cute summery matching things. Still haven't found much for myself yet, but I've got time.
Also, my sister is joining our family cruise too...initially the only thing we could find her was an 8A GTY, and then last week we switched it to an 10A GTY, and then last night we switched yet again to an 8B GTY on deck 9. Since we (me, hubby, girls, my folks) are on deck 9, cat 8B, rooms 9156 and 9160, we are hoping and crossing our fingers that she'll get a room real close by.
Hope everyone else is staying warm and not covered in too much snow!

12+ inches....OUCH!! I would have shopped for the cruise to . We are getting crazy weather, snow and sleet the other day and 60 degrees today!!

So having a little one learning to walk has inhibited my computer time Welcome to the newbies, we are now in the double digits!!! Dull, dreary days like today make it seem like forever until we are in the sun and surf of castaway cay!!

I have never gone to the Rainforest Room in the spas. Can anybody tell me what it's like? Is the whirlpool available?

We got Palo dinner on Wednesday, our day at sea. Brunch is full, but I'm going to keep trying!

I cannot believe we are this close and this thread is so quiet!!!
We need to kick it up a notch.........

Has anyone started making their FE or have their FE gifts together yet?
If we want to have a meet and greet on board any ideas as to time and place?

Our WDW plans are coming together. We're staying at Caribbean Beach/Pirate room Fri and Sat nights prior to sailing. So glad Disney offered a discount for dates around our cruise.

Sue and I have booked our flights, just waiting for Mary Beth to do hers. I arrive at 8:40am so plenty of time to go to DD, and visit AKL just to sit in the marvelous lobby and watch the animals from Arushka Rock. Then back to the hotel to meet the others for a fun evening.

It's the weekend and my DS is home from school. He brought all of his laundry home for me to do - inclusive of his stinky, muddy rugby clothes. YUCK! It could be worse, at least we have machines now and I don't have to take it down to the river and beat it on a rock........

I ordered our FE (I am far from crafty) and all of our FE gifts are put together and ready to be packed.

What day do you usually do a meet and greet? I am new to this remember.

Tomorrow I can do my online check in......so excited. I am hoping to get the early port time. Then can I start packing
