We are packed and just about ready to go. Need to see if I can find out door signs from past cruises. If I can we'll use those if not I'll print out new copies.
I also need to pack the DIS sign. I had taken it out but forgot to pack it. It is by the suitcases now and I'll be sure and pack it when I do the last minute stuff like my make-up and curling iron.

Good Morning Everyone!

I am up early again -- Packing of Course : ) Thanks to everyone: for the jokes, for the incredible picture of Magic yesterday, and very, very interesting tips on water. This time next week I hope I am sitting with a cup of coffee on the top deck with the Caribbean winds blowing in my hair! Yesterday I stocked up on DVDs and car games for DD, and bought the neatest Mickey scrapbook. I have a business trip this week which is stopping me from getting too excited and putting Mickey and Minnie decals on my nails!

Ok, kids and Mike just left for a day at Kings Island. I should get something done today. Although I have a TON of blog stuff to do because this week is Blog Giveaway week and I have some fun prizes to give away. Just have to write up the posts with all of the rules. And put pictures in.

Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah Tip Of The Day


Today's tip is for those of you who scrapbook. Each night you will get a navigator in your room showing what will be happening all around the ship the next day. Get out your pens and highlighters and mark up what you and your family want to do!

Yet do you really want a marked-up copy in your scrapbook? No need. Extra copies are available at guest services. This is also helpful if you are out and about on the ship and forgot your copy.

Also remember back on one of the early tips when we talked about the color coded luggage tags you get at the end of the voyage? Well they have different characters on them. There will be boxes of them at guest services that last day. A set of these make great scrapbook embellishments.

Watch out for those breezy cloudy days. You can still get sunburn and not even know you're burning. Most of the UV rays pass through the clouds.

thanks for the reminder. i am the whitest person you will ever meet. even when i tan i am whiter than a ghost (hence the nickname i once had). i have very little pigmentation and it has only been in recent years that i have had to have protection because of burning. you learn that lesson well don't you, burn once and you never forget. i have packed lots of sunscreen so i am ready.

I am just about packed, DH hasn't even started yet! I told him, I will NOT do it for him, I am busy packing for myself and the kids and taking care of last minute things! 3 more days of work next week, I am taking Thursday off and we are leaving very early Friday morning!

we are packing, cleaning and I am taking a break now to print out some door magnets. Finally bought some magnetic paper and yikes that stuff is expensive!! $16 for 5 sheets!!

yikes, with everything going on, I completely forgot that it's my birthday on Friday!! I'll be 34! But traveling to Florida that day because we are going on a DISNEY CRUISE makes it much easier!!

Eileen and I have finally started packing today so far just shorts and shirts Monday is another day need to dig out the garment bag anyway. we are leaving about 6am Friday flight is about 8:30 am out of Buffalo connection in Charlotte

Bills are paid, hair is colored (got to cover that grey) and tips are set aside.

Now just to get through 4 days of work.

Our flight leaves Friday at 8:30 and we get into MCO just after noon.
