Congratulations to Karen on her 13,000th post! Very profound!

I was going to do a cut and paste and show how our 10 day forcast will change drastically on Friday but I was too busy packing to do that. We are now ready to go ! The funny thing is that it was kind of hard to pack for Hawaii. Most of our trips are usually Disney or themed in some other way (Irish Fest or Nascar) where we have shirts that go with the them and when it comes to Disney often matching shirts. Not so this trip. Never fear we don't only own Disney shirts and we are taking one Disney outfit (the shirt/dress you can see in my profile) since it is a bit tropical.

Mary have a wonderful vacation. Hawaii sounds wonderful.

We made pumpkin bread last night for a young couple that was moving in down the street. For some reason it was terrible so we threw it away.

I then put pre-made chocolate chip cookies in the oven and I burnt them.

We made more cc cookies and Paul said they were overdone.

Lastly we made oatmeal craisin cookies. They were great!!! When we went to deliver them to the new neighbors last night they weren't home. My dd13 put them in the fridge. Now they are hard and gross.

After all of this trouble, I hope I like the new neighbors . In a week or two I'll have more new neighbors moving in right next door and we'll do this all over again. Not only do I dislike cooking, I apparently dislike baking as well.

Hi everyone its 15 here now we are finally looking at nicer weather its even cold at Daytona today were watching the race . talk of planning we have a list started of things like film sun screen and such to check off. also putting together a list of photos we want to take on board ship. we realized how many things we do not have photos of on the Magic.

We're watching the race here as well. We've always been Nascar fans and go up to the Busch and Trucks races in Milwaukee each year.

After all of this trouble, I hope I like the new neighbors . In a week or two I'll have more new neighbors moving in right next door and we'll do this all over again. Not only do I dislike cooking, I apparently dislike baking as well.

The nearest Krispy Kreme store is about 45 minutes away (thank goodness). I could bring them Cinnabon or Edible Arrangements. If you don't know what Edible Arrangements is you can look them up on line. A fruit arrangement has become my newest hostess gift to someone that has me over.

why, yes, it *was* me! However, strawberries are healthy food and are allowed to talk be about BTW, here in CA we have nice red strawberries year round! The kids and I go strawberry picking in the spring and summer and eat about as many as we pick! They have signs that say "sampling is ok". Well, I just have to do a lot of sampling to make sure they really are good enough, you know?

milk chocolate....let's break that down:
milk.....dairy
chocolate.....made from the cacao bean.....bean=vegetable.

so the chocolate dipped strawberries=fruits, vegetables and dairy=

Hello,

I also love Cookies by Design.

A few years ago I ran the READ program at our school. If the kids read and logged 300 minutes a month they would be rewarded with an incentive/coupon from a local business (mostly a free kids meal).

I had to go out and get the business to give me 700-800 free kids meal coupons a month. As a thank you I would have Cookies by Design make me a cookie with the donating company's logo. They loved the cookies and then the next year it was easy to get them to donate.

watching the video we took of our 6-26 -06 cruise today and looking at the scrap book we made just located the menues and printed off to add to the book also adding to our cruise lists thought we would post and get a cruise update and see if any other dis boarders are joing us

I've got one that will probably never fit me unless I get a body transplant. (a much smaller body, that is)

I got one for KT and one for me.....thinking we could match. Well, mine was a little small for me, but I was hopeful I could lose weight. Never happened. Now her's is too small for her.....
