April 24- 28 or Feb 27 - March 3?

My husband and I are set to go to Disneyland at the end of February but we are considering changing our dates to the last week of April due to better weather, fireworks will be back, etc.

When would you go? And idea what crowds are like that last week of April? It looks like most spring breaks are over by then! Thanks

We were planning on the end of Feb to March as well....but it is looking more and more like it's not the best time to go. With Main St being worked on and POTC refirb looming, I'm getting very hesitant to go then.

Same! This is our big trip too as we just bought a home so we don’t have the funds to do this often as of now, so with main street refurb and no fireworks we want to reshedule if we can.

When are you considering changing your dates to? I don’t want to go when it’s crazy packed or hot so I’m hoping end of April will be ok!

April 22nd is Dapper Days. Sunday will be very busy.

Shouldn't be too bad. I've been to Dapper Day twice - once in the spring and once in the fall. I absolutely love it and wish I could go this April. It is such fun to dress to the nines and see others looking fine, too.

Tues through Thursday should be very reasonable. Friday will get a little busier and Saturday.... is well.... Saturday

No. I would Not expect Dapper Days to make a difference for the following Tue - Sat.

The end of April was our other option originally...but I decided that was too long to wait before trying to get pregnant, so we may not go at all if we decide Feb won't work out We shall see!!! Good luck deciding...it's so hard to plan!

We are going those exact days in February/March before our APs expire, but I think your April dates are preferable overall. The only perk to the earlier dates may be lower crowds, but I’d rather have parades and fireworks honestly.
I am hopeful that the construction on the Main Street vehicles will be done before end of February (official word is currently late winter so it fits) and that may mean a return of fireworks, but who knows...
