April 22/23 in WDW - which parks?

Im driving from Toronto Canada and will be at WDW for all day Saturday and Sunday April 22 and 23. Wife, 10yrold son and myself. We are staying at a hotel nearby, with somewhat of an in-family disount. Question; Which park should we see on Saturday. I was thinking MGM, since we like the movie type atractions etc, and I read somewhere that park wasn't so busy on Saturdays.
Sunday mabe Epcot. We realy dont feel we need to see MK. Any help would be appreciated.
After WDW we are spending 5 days at Indian shores on the beach (another in-family type deal), and do plan on spending 1 day at Bush Gardens.
Any help in park selection would be appreciated, and any other tips or hints.

Epcot would be my choice. Or Animal Kingdon (Expedition Everest) Don't know if you're interested in riding but those would be my choices. We will be there at that time but may be a rest day for us. If we do go into the parks that day it
would probably be AK.
